Artist Statement...
Art is not merely project, craft, or trade.
It is understanding, perception, and
connection.
Art intimately connects artist and viewer using a language we all speak...emotion.
It is beholden to
no bounds nor the restrictions of our lives. Controlled, yet uncontrolled. Alive and breathing inside each heart
and mind.
With Art, seeing becomes a tool with which we perceive reality, fantasy, and all that exists between.
It allows us the freedom to wonder.
For me, Art is a sanctuary...a free and timeless space where I come face-to-face
with God and creation.
My desire is to create work that is worthy of your interest and contemplation. Work
that resonates with your emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
I am an interpreter...
My goal is to understand,
perceive, and touch your soul...
